November 21, 2011 – Emerging artist Elisa Grace ( is set to release her debut, self-titled album on Dec. 3, 2011, with a record release party that night at the legendary nightclub The MINT, 6010 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA.

Chicago native Elisa Grace is an American singer-songwriter whose highly anticipated record features all original songs written and sung by the artist as she plays guitar and piano on multiple tracks. The soulful record has Country, R&B and Gospel influences, coupled with strong pop melodies and a Classic Rock foundation that lend to her unique Pop/Alternative-Country sound. The 10-track album was produced by Grammy-nominated producer Jamie Candiloro who has worked with R.E.M., Willie Nelson, The Eagles, Courtney Love and Ryan Adams. It is being released independently by the artist.

“Elisa has a very American vibe with the pop sound of her voice, the country influence and more soul than even she is aware of,” said Jamie Candiloro. “I’m excited for her future and feel she is on the cusp of being a popular artist with so many fans who will relate to her songs.”

Born October 10, 1979, music has been a part of Elisa’s life for as long as she can remember. From playing guitar with her father to singing in her school choir, it has always been a passion. She is a self-taught guitar and piano player and realized she had a talent for not only singing, but for writing lyrics to melodies. Most songs on the record came to her though a moment of inspiration that led to writing them all in a matter of months. This completely shifted the direction of her life.

“Releasing this album is a dream come true,” said Elisa Grace. “I am very fortunate to have supportive people around me who believe in me, have helped hone my sound and create a final product that represents everything I believe in musically.”

The ten songs found on the album reflect the game of love and the journey of self-discovery, with a sense of optimism and gratitude for life’s experiences including its ups and downs. One of Elisa’s main messages is once you find happiness within yourself, it is easier to love others and overcome any obstacle.

The LP was recorded in Los Angeles and features Marty Rifkin (Bruce Springsteen/Tom Petty/Jewel) on pedal steel, Ben Peeler (Shakira/The Wallflowers/Josh Kelley) on dobro, Lisa Germano (John Mellencamp/Simple Minds/Sheryl Crow) on violin, and Jamie Candiloro and Elisa Grace on all other instruments and voices.

Elisa Grace’s debut record release party will be held at The MINT, 6010 W. Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles on Sat, Dec. 3, 2011 from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m. Elisa will appear on stage with Chicago-based band Vintage Blue and her band will then perform material from her new album.
