Review for Pop Rocker Cody Hoffman’s Self-Titled EP on Pacific Ridge Records

Artist: Cody Hoffman
Title:’ Cody Hoffman’ EP

Overall Album Vibe: Cody Hoffman’s self-titled EP releases June 26th on Pacific Ridge Records. The EP was co-produced by Carlos De La Garza and Shane Henderson (Valencia and Promise of Redemption) who also acted as producer, co-writer and also offered up some guest vocals that are found on the EP. Hoffman’s music blends pop/rock with a splash of pop-punk added in from time-to-time. For the most part the songs are up tempo guitar and drum filled tracks that are driven by Hoffman’s vocals that are as good as any that I’m hearing played on the radio now. The EP also features the ballad, “4 A.M.,” that shows another side of Hoffman’s sound. The songs are filled with honest lyrics dealing with human emotions that revolve a lot of the time around love type relationships.

Review Tagline: If you haven’t had the pleasure of hearing Cody Hoffman’s music yet do yourself a favor and be sure to get this EP and enjoy all the great music that it offers up on it.
Standout Tracks:”Sing For Yesterday”, “Feeling Alive”, “4 A.M.”, “Guess It Was Wrong”,
