Title: ‘Shine’

Overall Album Vibe:

Are you looking for some guitar driven rock music with a few twist and turns along the way? Then the band Engloria will make you a very happy person.

The band first hit the scene with the release of their 2011 debut EP, “Drive,” and now there back with their full length debut, ‘Shine.’

‘Shine,’ offers up eleven tracks that mixes mostly rock music with an occasional change of pace track to keep things fresh.

If you’re in the mood for some British pop influenced music then give the title track, “Shine,” a listen.Maybe you’re in the mood for some all out fast paced rockers then give, “High Tonight”, “Melrose” and “Little Darlin’,” a listen. How about some alt rock verging on alt country, then, “I’ve Been Down,” is the right track. Maybe you’re in the mood for a rest from the guitar driven tracks then give the piano driven track, “What Do You Say,” a spin. You’ll even find an interesting closing track,”Hotel Song,” that offers up some lively mandolin playing on it.

When asked about, ‘Shine,’ band frontman James Stewart said that the band wanted to capture the excitement of the band’s live appearances saying,”at the end of the day we ended up with a studio record that we feel best represents our live sound. Also adding,”we are a rock n’ roll band and ‘Shine’ is eleven tunes that were made to be played loud.”

Standout Tracks: “Shine”, “Where You Are”, “Melrose”, “Little Darlin'”,
